I worked this weekend on painting and decorating this little storage chest.  I first painted it with chocolate brown acrylic paint and then covered it with Kaiser Craft papers.  I have been wanting a jewelry box for the longest time to store my most treasured jewelry, so decided to make this for myself!  Edges were brushed with Tim Holtz Walnut Stain Distressed Ink.  Flowers are from  Wild Orchid Crafts except for the large pink flower on the front, which was cut from the Spellbinders Rose Creations die.
