Mini Album with Box
Many of you know that I have seven grandchildren with another one on the way! My oldest daughter Ashley has a beautiful little girl named Reece who will be celebrating her birthday in January and this Mini Album was made just for her. It fits into a box for protection and the entire project was handmade from chipboard and then covered with the frilly, feminine “My Precious Daughter” collection from Pion Design. This project will also be posted tonight on Pion Design’s Blog here. I hope everyone is enjoying Thanksgiving today and having a memorable day. As we turn the corner into the holiday season, may we each take time to reflect on our many blessings!

Another amazing project here, that I know for sure, that your little granddaughter is going to treasure later in life no doubt. It is sooooo beautiful and well made in every littel detail, and it almost takes my breath away. I´m really blown with the beauty you alwaus manage to get into any of your stunning projects, and I really hope, that if I ever get to come by your door again, I´ll get a chance to see your magical hands work on something like this.
I hope you´re having a wonderful Thanksgiving with your lovely family around.

You simply AMAZE ME! I am trying to figure out how you made the spine like that. Any way you can share the technique?
Also, here is something we have in common. My oldest daughter is also named Ashley. The funny thing is she actually favors Reese Witherspoon. Also, for my oldest grand daughter ( who is Ashley’s daughter) I made her a very nice mini album that fit inside a larger keepsake box. I used the Botanical Tea line by Graphic 45. She treasured it so much! It made my heart swell the way she held it like it was priceless. She would sit by anyone that looked at it and be holding her breath and making them treat it like it was made of glass. They were moving that next week. She made her mom pack it in its own box covers with tissue paper and tons of bubble wrap!
I’ve made other things for her since. It just makes me feel like so good to see how she cherishes the things I make her so much! Man oh man I love that kid!
Sincerely,
Erin Stevens
