I made this project using cutting files from the Pazzles Craft Room library.  What fun it is to explore their cutting files and make exciting projects.  It has already been posted on the Pazzles blog here.  The pretty blue paper and the vintage photo are from Pion Design.  The amazing vintage photo cutting sheet can be found in my shop here.
