I don’t do many layouts, but decided to do one for this beautiful picture of my daughter Jordan and Noah’s feet as a newborn.  Since the Pion Design paper has a coordinating back side, I created the vintage torn opening at the top with lacing to highlight the gingham back print.  The wood Kaiser Craft gate was painted with ivory craft paint.  To frame the layout, I stitched around the paper and then added a lace border.  Here are some close-ups:
