I found this origami pop-up Christmas ornament on YouTube and I enclosed the YouTube video below for assembly instructions.  I made several of these for the ladies at my mother’s table at her church’s annual Ladies Christmas Lunch.  The ladies really enjoyed playing with these ornaments – they were definitely a hit!  The video shows making these with 3″ squares, but I enlarged mine to 3.25″ so that I could use an around-the-page punch for the decorative edges.  These are very easy to make and fold down to form a flat square.  They pop into shape when the bead is loosened.
