Pion Design Cherry Blossom Lane “Smile” Camera

Pion Design Smile Camera

Hello!  I hope everyone is doing well in these times of illness and quarantine.  I finally had the time to do a few things I enjoy most  – papercrafting, making/decorating cakes (my husband and daughter loved this!), studying the Hebrew language, and getting lots of sleep! 🙂  I am really thinking I could love being completely retired!  But the quarantine came to an end for me as I returned to work last week.  I count myself blessed to even have a job during these difficult days!

This camera was made using Silhouette cutting file 87055.  Paper colors/patterns and flowers can make or break a project, and these papers are simply amazing!

The bellows for the camera are not part of the Silhouette cutting file. I had already designed bellows for my Jan. 16, 2014 “Retro Camera” post (wow, has it been that long?) that you can see here.  I made a smaller version of the bellows for this project.

Have a blessed day and stay healthy!
Tara

Tara your work is a vision of pure happiness. I love everything you have created, their conversation pieces of great beauty. Being a breast cancer survivor your work during my treatments were my calm and joy to look at. I truly thank you for that. Your work is a true blessing. Keep inspiring us. Thank you for such beauty.

I was overwhelmed at your words and just want you to know that even though I don’t even know your name, I have had you in my thoughts and prayers. I was very touched to hear that my projects helped you during your treatments – it actually made me teary-eyed! 🙂 I hope you continue to do well and experience complete recovery! Thank you for sharing this with me – it has meant so much to read and re-read your sweet words! Please take care and I hope to hear from you again! Tara
