UPDATE! The bellows assembly instructions for this project can be found on the 1/16/2014 post found here!
This movie projector project is being featured today (August 20) on the Pion Design Blog here. It has a large top box and the top of this box opens to reveal ample photo storage space. The bottom box has an open end which houses a pull-out mini album. The side box also opens for smaller storage. I designed a WPC CUTTING FILE HERE for the entire project – it includes everything except for the “movie action board” on the front of the mini album as that came from the Pazzles Craft Room library. Just right click on the cutting file link and click on “dowload linked file” and then open in your cutting machine software. I reinforced the boxes with chipboard pieces. The bellows part was really challenging for me to design – I wanted it to be a real representation so it took me several hours to figure out a cutting file for it! It’s a little complicated to fold and put together so I will attach a tutorial for the bellows within the next few days. For all the work and time I put into it, I would love to share it with anyone interested in making the project.
I hope you have a great day!
