Paper Crafting Projects

Ferris Wheel

Happy New Year!  I hope you had a wonderful holiday season!  Pion Design has released another beautiful paper collection called The Songbird’s Secret.  The shades of pastel blues in this collection are simply beautiful. I designed this chipboard ferris wheel to look as close as possible to a real one.  I did use a Sizzix die for the fence, a Spellbinders die for the door and front bottom corners, and a Pazzles cutting file found here for the windowed passenger carriers. The ferris wheel was constructed of chipboard and then covered with these awesome blue papers.  I would be grateful if you could check out this post on the
Jan. 6 Pion Design blog here.

The Songbird’s Secret is an enchanting collection featuring dreamcatchers, bird nests and beautiful florals in a soft color palette, certain to brighten up your day. Here is a preview of the collection and you can see the entire collection at Pion Design here.

I also want to introduce another beautiful collection that has also been recently released by Pion Design.

With inspiration from an untamed flourishing rose garden, Pion Design presents the paper collection Where the Roses Grow. This collection will evoke the feeling of strolling in a picturesque garden surrounded by the scent and beauty of flowers in bloom. With delicate attention to detail and a dusty rose color palette you will find that this collection brings flair to every crafting project.  Be sure to check out this entire collection at Pion Design here.

Halloween Projects

Although I don’t celebrate Halloween, Pion Design’s new The Witching Hour collection offers images and colors great for this occasion.  Today I’m posting a couple of projects made for Pion Design’s Design Team and include a Spooky Mansion (Pazzles cutting file here) and a Shadowbox. The Spooky Mansion can be found on the October 25  Pion Design blog here and the Shadowbox can be found on their blog here.
I hope everyone has a great day!

Haunted Castle

Hello!  Today’s project can also be found on Pion Design’s blog here and was made using several cutting files.  The castle cutting file is by Monica and can be found here.  The haunted gate and spooky tree are Pazzles files and can be found here.

Fall memories are waiting to be captured, and with the new Pion Design collection The Witching Hour you will find this to be an easy task! Featuring traditional Halloween patterns and images in the perfect October palette this collection is a must-have for every crafter. Whether you plan on documenting your children’s trick-or-treating or a family day at the pumpkin patch, you will find that The Witching Hour fits this season’s projects perfectly!

Best wishes for a great weekend!
