Six Compartment Organizer

Hello! A few weeks ago I posted a single card holder and today I have made the same project, but have joined 6 of these together to make a functional 6-compartment organizer. This project can also be found on the Pion Design Blog and the Crafteezee Shop Blog here. These storage compartments are so useful for storing cards, photos, recipes, or crafting equipment. I am actually using this one to store paint brushes, markers, scissors, and Crop-A-Diles.

I used the Pazzles cutting file found here to make this project.

This project uses the new Pion Design collection Everlasting Memories. I am really enjoying this pink and navy blue collection!
I hope you have a great day and great week ahead!

This is such an amazing and really beautiful storage solution for sooo many great things, and it´ll look amazing in any craftroom. I would love to have a couple of these in my room for surem but can´t use the Pazzlefiles unfortunately, so will have to find an old one to trace from, but ofcause that´s also a possibility, if we really want it, which I sure do.
You´ve just done an outstanding job here once again Tara, and made such a beautiful piece pf art, that´s even very very useful at the same time. Well done hun. Have a wonderful time everyone and loads of great fun.

Thank you Maryann! Yes it is a great storage solution and I have made several of them over the years. Depending on your electronic cutting machine, Pazzles sells cutting files in different formats, so you may want to check that out. I hope your day and upcoming weekend is great! Tara

    Hey Tara!!!!
You stated that you posted a single card holder and apparently I have lost my mind because I can’t find it. Could you please direct me with a link? I would appreciate it. Because this looks to be file folders, the kind you would put magazines in and I would like to see how you are putting them together at the bottom. You always make my jaw drop. You know how much I love everything you make!!! You are my hero!!!
    Thank you so very much!!!

      Hi Tammy,
      Great to hear from you!
Here is the link to the single holder I made: https://tarascraftstudio.com/?p=6949
I also made one with three holders: https://tarascraftstudio.com/?p=6516
These card holders are not big enough to hold magazines – they are more for the size of letters/cards. Do you have an electronic cutting machine? If so, you can purchase various cutting file formats for this project from Pazzles. https://www.pazzles.net/wordpress/2014/01/10/card-holder-and-organizer
      It’s a great cutting file.
So to make this larger one with six holders, I added a piece of sturdy chipboard on the bottom of the project to keep it from bowing/flexing. I just measured the bottom dimensions and cut the chipboard to fit the bottom before adding the box feet. I hope you are doing well and enjoying Summer! Tara
