Ladies Suitcases

Taras Studio_20160216_2 rev1

These little chipboard storage boxes were designed to be stacked to look like ladies suitcases.  I lined them with colors of matching velvet so they can be used as jewelry boxes.  I used Pion Design’s Easter Greetings collection and you can find this project featured on the Pion Design blog here.  Many wishes for everyone to have a great day!

Hi! Thanks for your comment. These are just plain chipboard boxes with hinged lids. I certainly can provide a tutorial and will try to add it to this post sometime this weekend.

Wow!!! Everything you make is breathtaking !
Can I ask where do you find all your pearls for your creations?

    1. Tara Brown

Hi Bonnie, Thanks so much for taking the time to make such a nice comment. As for the pearls, I buy them at Hobby Lobby when they go on sale periodically – they are a Spare Parts product found in the crafting section. Tara

Wonderful work! Your creation is Simply beautiful! Where can I order these boxes? What are the charges? Pls give me complete details for the same.

    1. Tara Brown

Hi Anubhuti, I currently do not sell any of my projects. I work full-time and just don’t have the time to be able to do that. I appreciate your comment though and hope to post a tutorial this weekend on how you can make these boxes. Take care!

I rarely – if ever – comment, even though I read and admire every post. But, this set of suitcases was just too lovely to let pass by without remarking on them. The skill and attention to details and lavish design are just delightful. You have inspired me to make something special for my mom and sister for the NEXT holiday! Thanks for sharing.
