This may be my all-time favorite card style as I love the pocket and tag feature inside.  I used Pion Design papers and the beautiful corners inside the card were made with a Nellie Snellen die.  

You can download this card’s WPC cutting file here.  The manual cutting template for the card’s interior pocket can be downloaded here.  Black lines are cut lines and blue lines are score lines.  Make the base card by cutting your cardstock to 12″ x 5″ and then score it in the middle.  The pocket goes inside the card on the right side as shown below.
