I made this butterfly mobile in anticipation of a new little granddaughter that will be born later this month. There are 160 butterflies that were cut with the Pazzles Inspiration using one of the Pazzles Craft room butterfly cutting files. The butterflies were paired together over fishing wire and tulle was added between the wings. It was difficult to photograph due to it’s large size, but the Pion Design pink papers from the collection From My Heart II were just gorgeous for this project! Perfect for a baby girl!
I would be grateful if you could check out this post also on the Pion Design blog for today (July 1).
I hope you all have a wonderful week!

I found the face of this violin in the Pazzles Craft Room library and decided to make it into a 3-dimensional box. That’s one of the wonderful things about the Pazzles software – you can make any project with your imagination! I used the soft blue Pion Design paper from Fairytale of Spring and then made pink flowers from Vintage Garden. In contemplating how I would make the bridge, I found that the “Antique Frame” Tattered Lace die worked great when folded in half. I still have my old violin that I learned to play on as a child and so I pulled it out when making this box so that I could make it somewhat realistic looking from paper.
This box was so fun to make. I would be grateful if you could check it out on the Pion Design blog today (June 25)! Thank you and have a wonderful day!

I am so honored to be part of the Pion Design Team! My first post for them is on their blog now (June 19) and I would be so very grateful if you could check it out here. There are some very talented ladies on the Pion Design Team, many of which have been inspiration to me since I began paper crafting. So to be in their presence is humbling and exciting.
This hot air balloon was made with beautiful Pion Design papers from the collection “Alma’s Sewing Room.”
Inspiration for this wonderful project came from here.
Have a wonderful day!
